Get Outdoors!

Statistics show that an increase in any kind of daily activity is beneficial. Almost every adult has a Vitamin D deficiency. You get it by taking supplements or sunshine. Walk or ride your bike to work or walk the dog with your children. Just get outside a breath some fresh air! Fresh air also helps you sleep better. Convince yourself that if you give it a chance, physical activity will increase your energy level. Whatever you do, you're still lapping people on the couch!
